I think it works well, especially with the orange popping off of the blue. But...

the text needs work. It looks like a bad superimposition - Play around with it, try to see if you can make it look more as part of the sign. Maybe change the font and give the sign some sort of shading to give it realism, with shadows by the hands, too.

The edging on the woman is pretty bad.

It looks like you just used the wand tool to cut her out from a low-res and antialiased image so some of the background bled onto her and you eneded up cutting into her leaving the edging way to pixelated. Also the illusion of the reflective floor is broken with the bad placement of your vertically flipped subject.

Good color contrast though. Nice palette.

Thank you everyone for commenting on the design.

I will work more on it because the text is not looking the part of it and also the cutting of the lady's arms is not good. I just did it quickly to see the final result. But now on second attempt I will work slowly and carefully on each and everything. I will show you the updated version of this design.

Meanwhile I designed another wallpaper today. See if it is looking any good

The centre plaque and the background, the colours are too similar while still being too different.

I would suggest changing the background hues to blues and greens or teals for a definite contrast.
