All of my PS techniques are self taught, I do not view tutorials and never have in the 5 years I've been using PS, nor do I create them. I've created a few tuts in the past but they were rather poorly made and a bit complicated so I quit doing that, so if anyone has a question I will be more than glad to answer.

BTW, I should mention that I use Eye Candy 4000. The newer Eye Candy/Smoke is terrible, you don't want that one. That Smoke is in Alien Skin Eye Candy 5, it's not good for smoke.

That's fresh! You're pretty good with PS. I'm still learning how to work the thing but still, thanks for sharing!

I read the share, share and more share rep comment that you left me, so I've decided to do just that.
BTW, did you get a chance to view some of my other artwork here at V7N before my pics were removed?

No, I never saw any other pictures by you. But I'm glad I got to see something brand new. It was fresh, as in new and awesome! Too bad some of the older pics are being removed. I guess some of those take up too much space and hinder pages from loading up as fast as they could. It understandable, just sometimes (most times) I can't get that attachment up-loader thing to work. I always get these 'error' messages. Even when I upload from my computer.
It never did that to me in the past, but now I can't upload anything. Maybe there's a hacker in our mists, or maybe even more than one?

Ok, then. I was thinking maybe you had seen them, and that's one of the reasons why I asked if you preferred fresh work. I have many. I'll post up a few. It's really a major shame that they were removed as some were accompanied buy useful information to graphic artists. I wish some other artists would post some stuff, they do not have to reveal techniques like I do, I would just like to see some good art. We'll just have to be patient I guess.

Wow, that's weird. The instant email notifications aren't working either, maybe the two are somehow related.

I love that effect. That's from texture filter isn't it? I did something kind of similar to that, using the same filter. Neat!

No, I did it with PS default tools, the main tool being the Clone Stamp Tool.

I created everything but the cauldron, moon and background from Eye Candy4000/Smoke, including the mushroom. Eye Candy is a PS plugin, as mentioned before. The production of the mushroom from a wisp of smoke required some rigorous PS default tools work.

OK I see the cauldron, the moon and the mushroom. It looks like you've got some fairies or angels flying out of the smoke? And there's something in the bottom right hand corner that I haven't been able to make out yet. Or is that just more smoke? Anyhow, I like how it came out.
That guy from the hobbit, I'm wondering how did you change his eyes? Cut, magic wand, resize?

The thing in the bottom right corner is Bovine Boy (made from smoke). The flying figures are ghosts. Here is what I used for the eyes of the LOTR character, it's a photo of the eye of a camel:
