whatever rocks your boat
I can use both, but which ever one is easiest for you would be the best. I have to tell you, it is amazing what my daughter can do just with PAINT!

I wouldn't say well past it, maybe on the verge of reaching it.
Most of my talents lie in my personal drawings. I just want to learn how to convert them into flash. So then I can pretty up my site a little bit more.

I see. That is actually the Fleur-De-Lis, a PS Custom Shape which uses the same vector format as the Pen Tool.
The PS Custom Shape and Pen Tools use a mediocre vectoring method that's suitable for web but not print. Unlike PS, Adobe Illustrator uses a true vectoring method that produces truly smooth edges that remain unchanged at different viewing resolutions.
As for my opinion on the logo, it appears rather horrible looking to me, I estimate that this is mainly due to the warping and embossing.

Well, still my first vector.
I don't know too much about the history on the Fleur-De-Lis, just all I know is that it resembled the symbol of the New Orleans Saints. You do like football don't you?
Anyhow, I know I still have a ways to go in learning Photoshop but thanks for the criticism.

Keep spitting them out and posting them, Krahmaan, you're bound to learn quickly if you do. Criticism is what drove me to improvement.

This is the old stuff. Most of it I created years ago.

I sell physical art so am always jealous of graphic artists. I used to use poser and bryce a lot, but the learning curve is long and my patience isn't. Sometimes a pencil is an amazing thing

Pencils and I don't get along, I don't draw or sketch well.
The PS plug-ins that I used were EyeCandy4000 and KPT. I fooled with Poser a bit one time, I found it interesting but decided not to go down that road.

The pencil and pad are still awesome tools -I think. You don't always have to design something on the computer for it to be good work. Remember, whatever your draw with you pencil can also be scanned into your computer. Then once it's there, you can use the various programs (e.g. photoshop, paint shop pro) to add effects. Giving your original drawing more dynamics, colors and/or features. The possibilities are limitless when we use our imaginations!
Happy drawing!

I created both devils about 3 years ago (in PS, of course), I added the Happy Halloween 2008 text for this past Halloween.

oops, correction, I created them about 5 years ago, not 3. I was just looking at the original properties.
