I like it too.
My only consideration would be the color choice. It reminiscent of a baby... diapers... with the smiling woman who looks like a happy mother it gives the whole banner a kind of weird vibe. Considering the DareMeCam concept, I would think the color choice should reflect more of a adult or shock theme or at the very least, not a soothing pastel.
Just my 2c.

Exactly!!
It's a nice design, but it's very "innocent" looking for such a naughty theme. I think deeper colors - such as shades of red with black could work well. Also, the woman pictured needs to be sexier. She's too "sweet" looking, imo.

Actually I used colors from original website to make it look consistent with the website.

Consider contrasting colors for banner ads. They stand out more.

It's a better than a lot of other banners out there. If i was you would highlight the text a bit more, especially the slogan.

I think it's a good start, but is quite plain. I have to agree though - even though you are matching the blue from the site, I would still use the blue, but not so much of it. Maybe use it for the motto text color or something...

I would put the slogan into another color: It should catch the eye!
Highlight the text is one thing: The other is, you should make the slogan bigger and the ''click here'' smaller, people mostly know where to click!
Anyway, good job!

Looks very good! However, like some have said, the colors may be too "innocent". Is the site geared towards adult style content or innocent, playful, fun? If it's geared towards more adult style fun, then maybe a harder color such as red may be more appropriate.
However, it looks great!

My first view said, nice for a helpdesk or something alike, but then I read the text. Get a better looking woman that looks naughtier.
And try following 3n's advice, contrast the colors a bit.. these just don't fit in with the 'theme'.

V. Nice, simple but effective
doesnt show any outright adult theme, but hints at it. Makes one curious.
