Sheared Stuff
How do you make sheared stuff like curvy nav and stuff like that. i tried the shear filter but it is jaged and not how i want it.

well ive always wondered maybe the pen tool yes or just make random circles or ovals and punch them out i guess

just make an oval or circle, then using the circle marquee tool, make an oval, and cut some of it off, it's that easy, then overlap other circles on top or something like that, be creative

draw it, smoth the line, refine it, anti-alias it...
what's the liquify thing?

The liquify thing thing is under filter, you do it yourself, like you move the mouse how you want to pull things and stuff like that

i find that make a big oval shape not particularly like an exact circle then punch bits out

To do it with sheer, just make a long-narrow oval, and fill it, then use the sheer filter to make it curvy.
