Where ti says the philly lloc or w/e, id change that so its not covering up the car. Other than that maybe just clean up some of your edges.

Thats better, but how about eliminating the blue box all together then just having a darker font and make the title go across the top above the cars, center aligned. I think thatd be cool.

I dont know, i think it looks alot better and more professional without the box. Maybe just make the font bigger/bolder.

I don't like the navigation on the top, those 3 buttons

to many gradients/shadows in to many directions, the logo font is fine but keep the rest of the site in the same font.
i think you have to do smt. about the cars, the transition between the cars and the buttons looks strange, either they go over the buttons or under, maybe make the button (not the text and arrow) a bit transperent and have the cars go under.
