Interesting.

I would be tempted to bring out some small details in the brown glob, or possibly large ones. Transform the pixels in subtle ways at first. Sometimes you hit gold.

In all honesty, I find the abstract piece to be unpleasantly out of place in the pic, and therefore my suggestion to, I used the word transform, but I'll use a different word now, alter the pixels to enhance details and blend the abstract element to the entire piece better. The gold I refer to possibly hitting, is dependent on the degree of awesomeness of the transformation/creation within, or transformation of the glob. I've found that often the best subtle transformation tools, that can ultimately blend the piece as well, are usually PS default tools, but speaking personally, I find myself increasingly needing to employ the services of a plugin or two or three to achieve certain effects to suit my taste.

The piece mixes apples and oranges. The abstract element in itself is of marginal interest at best, IMO, and actually, it's mediocrity lends a cheapening effect to the piece as a whole, again IMO. Also of interest I think, is the fact that this perceived flaw of mine not only could be easily remedied with PS default tools, as stated above, but with a good possibility of a serious advance toward that elusive realm of awesome as well. This is the kind of feedback that I think, and would hope that accomplished artists could use.

Anyway, if you were Salvador Dalí probably I wouldn´t let you modify it, nothing says it is "wrong" as it is right now that´s the most interesting thing of art, and I insist wanna see more from you sometime to know from who comes this criticism and what kind of taste you got.
