hmm, Deviant art is one of the best places for stock photo's, as well as stock exchange, I am part of deviant art so I have *cough free reign lol, but I also use a few other resources when I look for fonts and brushes etc. When it comes to brushes, I go to obsidian dawn. Her brushes are for Photoshop and Gimp, and are a huge help when you have loads to do and you don't have the time to make them yourself. She's known as redhead stock at deviant art, and she has brushes, vectors and all sorts. When I look for fonts, I generally head over to dafont.
