You can't think of anything beneficial having a tablet with a vector software? HUH?
Just to name a few (As a tablet owner & vector designer myself):
1.) Free handed drawing (like pencil to paper) using the Pencil tool.
2.) Free handed Points / curves using the Pen tool.
3.) Free handed erasing to trim up or eliminate objects using the Vector Eraser tool.
4.) Free hand slicing to cut out sections of an object using the vector knife tool.
5.) In General, more freedom with your wrist allowing you to create smooth lines, curves, & feathering.
6.) The ability to simply flip over your pen & erase a mistake with the "tilt feature" of the tablet (Just like erasing a mark on paper with a pencil eraser).
7.) Auto adjusting pressure sensitivity allowing your lines to auto size (Thinner or thicker) as you draw depending on how hard you press down.
8.) And Much, Much, More!
The above are just a few randomly off the top of my head that I use daily. I guess you have to be a vector designer to realize the potential of a table
