Got some ideas for Graphics Forum Contests?

I liked the pepper banner idea, perhaps a little too long a time but a good simple format with everybody having an equal chance. Great idea.

Perhaps other web page graphic elements, buttons, backgrounds, page headers. Perhaps leading to a whole themed page.

Or what about something involving a little CSS coding and graphics like a menu system.

Ya, I like the idea of website graphical elements. Like banners, headers...

A themed page is a great idea.

Not sure about the coding part though, not really graphical. But a themed template design would be nice. Though that could be a lot of work.

I think mixture of CSS/HTML and graphics will be fine

Well I was thinking that too, make it a bit more challenging, but then this is supposed to be a Graphics Design Forum competition, so maybe it should be more about graphics than anything else.

Well, just like what SITA have said, it is supposed to be related to Graphic Design... So the css/html wouldn't be a good idea. Flash graphics is possible though...

Maybe a full spread advertisement, for a magazine that would be interesting

I'm always impressed when i see advertisements like that, it takes a lot of skill.

I'm sure that will be quite a competition 'cause I have an idea of how I want it to look like but I just can do it myself!

Let have a contest for the logo design for the graphic design forum. Could make it interesting to have it designed only in open source software ( like gimp ). but I may be playing favorites here

we can have Static designing content (logo, html/css website etc)... as well as Dynamic designing content (flash, animation etc.. ).
