its ok, the text lets it down though, try rasterizing it and adding spatter brushstrokes or something.

Personally i think you need to stop doing everything with grunge effects on it Brian, i noticed ever since you learnt it, everything you show has it on. It'll get old quick trust me. I think i preffered your simpler, more original work.
