Yea ok, im working on a little ipd music player in 3d max.
I need coments so far on the design.

This design is not final. Im still doing the buttons, but the upload needs coments, such as shape and size etc.

Looking good. Can we see a wireframe?

If it were me, I would have stuck all the details into a texture map with a bump. All you would have needed to model is the basic chamfered box.

Well its all going to be animated.
And yea the chamfered box took a while to model. Just trying to get the design done before i start adding flash etc.

There is a ChamferBox under ExtendedPrimitives. Took me all of 5 seconds to select it, click and drag one out (;

yea i know there is one there, but i like starting with boxes. makes me get the feel of the program just a bit more. Because im not 100% great at it yet. just amateur.

C'mon, just post a quadview screenshot like I did. I can barely see your verts in that image you've got it so small and compressed.
