looking for a Partner or 2 for my gaming website!(already established)

I own gamebozo.com i am looking for a partner basically to help advertise. I am not offering 50% profit but i am offering the percent of whatever you put in. Heres an example. if you pay for 2/3 of the sites advertising i will pay you 2/3 of the profit. Even if you pay 5% i will pay you 5% of the profit.

Heres why i know my site will succeed. I am very dedicated and know what im doing. A friend of mine owns gamesloth.com and he is payed more than $80,000 a year he is helping me with being successful. Hes taught me everything there is to know. I will be putting money into advertising. as well as whatever i make from the site i will put back into advertising. Until the site reaches a point where advertising is not needed and we just sit back relax update the site and wait to be paid. I am not going to ask you to pay me a cent. Any money you spend you will pay directly to the advertiser.

Also i am looking for people who want to help develop the site an do other small things. No money is required at all just the want to make money.

Curious...If I put in 5% of the money, I get 5% back. But, then you're saying that I don't have to spend a cent and I can still make money. Which is it?
