Partnerships wanted for fun forum site

Hi, I have an excellent idea for a forum/community based site for all agesthat i have yet to implement correctly, i have started building it but need some help. What i am looking for is someone(s) to help build and maintain the site with me, making you an admin.
What will you get in return? Once the site makes a profit youcould get 50% of profit depending on what you have put into the site.
Also if you happen to have a spare copy on invsion power board that will be greatly appricated or if you would like to buy/donate it for the site, the profit we make will go stright to you until all money oweing is paid off.

At the moment i have setup up the site and paid for all the software & services my self, just to let you know. The site is www.whingehere.com and its a place that allows people to whinge about anything via the online forums. Its just started going and theres not much happening we have 10 registered users and slowly counting. The aim of the site is to allow people to whinge about things in a safe, fun, community discussion based way. The age group of the site is more for older people 20+ not so much teenagers but they are very much welcome.

I dont think i have implamented my idea correctly so if you can help build the site, and help mke it great that would be awsome. If you have ideas and/or cisitism i am all ears, you would be an admin the same as me and we would work together to help make a great site for people to whinge.

What will you get? At the moment nothing, i operate the site at a loss not a profit atm, so you not gonna get anything BUT when the site does start to make money for however much effort you put in is how much you will get back.
