I'm looking to sell shares of my company (PM for URL) as i'm trying to raise the capital to get the site redesigned. The site will be redesigned similar to this:
What we having done:

1 Side CSS Navigation Menu
Design Integration
Front Page Design ( Welcome Text Design etc.. with join Now Button)
2 Website Banners
1 Splash Page (BIG)
This costs a total $275 to do, so i will be selling of a total of 40% of the company with extra added benefits.
Benefits:
1. 40% of the company profits from sold memberships and advertising sales.
2. Unlimited advertising of banners and urls.
The advertising alone will be worth more than your initial investment alone.
If more than one person are buying the shares each share will be split equally.
