Partners needed for Cyber-Detective n related services

Hello
I have a team of experienced detectives and have got this idea of setting up a cyber detective and cyber spying (legally) service.
This is a great niche and i cannot reveal any more details here.
I need partners to fund the start up and i promise we will be having good success.
Currently partners are needed who can invest as much or as little as they want. Minimum being $10 and maximum....depends upon you.
Other than investment partners, I need SERIOUS marketing people to be our affiliates and promote the product/services. I will be paying them a good commission.
