i think the common practice is the buyer or in this case, the investor pays the fees. It will be then be added to the interest when payment is made on the agreed period.

however, i have no problem covering the fees.

just deduct it from the principal and we're good to go. you would still get 20% on your investment.

for example:

Investment: $10,000
Paypal fees: $400
Amount sent: $9600

After 45 days: $10,000 x 20% = $2,000
Amount due to you: $10,000 + $2,000 = $12,000
