We have a unique site developed in the UK but seem to have hit a wall !

It has the potential to earn over £5m a year on the current projections, but we seem to have a missing piece of the jigsaw ?

Do you have this missing piece and the ability to get the site where it needs to be ?

It would be helpful if you told us what the missing piece was? Do you need some sort of technical assistance? Where exactly are you in the UK?

We have www.bmland.com and we know that with the right exposure and web promotion that this site has the ability to generate millions of pounds a month.

We have the idea and the experience in the investment field but are looking for how we gain web presence and to make the site more technically advanced, as the developer that we have used has limited knowledge.

We are will to give someone that can help us make this happen a percentage of revenues earned.

How do you plan on marketing this site? Lets say I invested. How are you going to be better than the big dogs ... realtor.com?

The main advantage of this site is that there is not anything like it at present. There are sites that specialise in residential sales, but not one that brings together what we plan to offer.

We have a data base of over 140,000 agents, auction houses, over 80000 high net worth private investors which we plan to contact.

We also need to advertise in the various press publications and also at the property and investment shows around the UK.

The plan is to offer the uploads for free to build market presence and then charge to upload. This will be done on single adverts for the individual and an account basis for agents. We also plan to charge for banners, skyscrapers and featured adverts from the outset.

We have the skills to market the site and manage the staff, but need inward investment. We will be bigger than the bigger sites as we are mindful of how we want this to work and we are determined to maximise the potential with the right partner in place. We are also wish to embrace the latest IT developments and incorporate these into the site.
