Looking for partner for our video site

Hi all.

we have just launched our video site.
we are looking for only 2 partners, their work will be simple as they only need to add videos from YouTube to our site by embed code, you don't have to do anything else.
i will be working on SEO and other investments,
we will select 2 partners and their work will be only adding YouTube videos on our site. simple.......

every partner will get 33% from the revenue.

we are looking for long lasting partnership.

ok friends,
we have just launched the site and looking for only 2 partners. we are using adsense and the revenue will be shared 33% for all 3 partners,
the site is completely a video portal, we will add YouTube videos i.e movies + songs + dramas + cartoons + funny videos + sports videos ETC
and will also add videos from other sites like dailymotion, novamov ETC.

May I ask a few questions:
1. What video site? (Is it secret to all but the chosen partners?)
2. What revenue? (How will the site be monetized by uploading Youtube videos?)
3. Is there a business plan that explains how it all works?

I have a video site, so your post piqued my interest. Thank you for supplying more information.
