Looking for an Article Writer for a webmastering blog

I need someone who can write an article equivalent to each day. This can either be one per day, or a number of articles which are then scheduled over a period of time and released daily.

The articles can be anything more than 250 words.
My blog is PR3

What I will offer :

- You will get 100% adsense share for 6 months , after that 50% - 50%.
- Writer page bio + Bio box under each article.
- A 125*125 banner that you can sell or put your own ad.
