I am planning to run 2nd guest blogging contest at my social network for webmasters.

There isn't a strict rule of what the price should be - cash, plugin, template, membership... It depends on you.

In return I can offer prime spot sitewide banner at the top right corner (above current AdSense position) and feature banner and link on contest announcement page. As you can see the the announcement article of our first contest got about 7000 visits.
