partner needed
im in the uk and have aquired 5 top domains about 3 years ago when my niche subject was just being invented.
the niche is a type of service that all uk homes now require every year and is provided by about 8000 companies at present.
about 1 year ago this figure was about 200
recently by law this service is required by all uk homes going to be sold and every rented property.
i plan to make 5 directorys for the companies to list on and maybe charge £40 a year for the pleasure.
no other sites really exist for them to register and display details, there are maybe a hand full that do a very bad job of it. the only other sites that do well are 2 forums that are very active by the companies.
at present there is no way for the public to locate the companies.
the top domain for the subject is not owned by me but just went on sale for £500,000.00 and is undeveloped and he is not intending too use it for this niche
i am currently parking them and in top 10 in google for most words
looking for a serious partner to work on this project
