Do you have a domain in mind? What script are you planning on using? Will revenue be split 50/50? What program were you planning on using? Who's account?

no domain in mind - we would decide between us
script - PHPMotion, free script but nice template can be bought -- unless we decide to buy a different one
revenue - will be split 50/50

as for programms im not 100% sure would have to look around but probably

as for who account - if u mean the money side of things ie ad/affiliate networks.

i ran a adult one before with someone before they decided to close the hosting to free up some bandwidth for his other ventures

it wasnt the biggest video site but we were getting about 2500k uniques a day

we were using this script at the time, so ran a video site with this script before (however my partner customized the look and colours)- so yes i have some experience
