for those who link back to you, it's fine.
For those who don't, request a link back or ask for removal.
Tell you will fill a complaint if not removed.
It's your content and it belongs to you.

Thank you for your reply.
What complaint can I fill?
Finally, I found a few who don't link back to me but in case there is some other, does it have a negative effect on my blog? Is there any chance it can have a negative effect on seo or something else?
Thanks

If you send them a request and they refuse to remove it, you can file complaint against their registrar and hosting company.
If the content is copyrighted to you, and you alone, you can file a DMCA [ Digital Millennium Copyright Act ] complaint against the person.

if they put your link in their post, then that's great, but if they didn't mention your link or your name, then you must command them to delete your content in the site.

DMCA take-down notice
There is also the question of how much content they copied and whether it really is fair use. A DMCA take down copyright notice is your best bet. Send it to the web host and the domain registrant if they dont' comply with an email request.

Who owns what
It's not hard to find multiple sites with the same content in them, so how can one determine who is the originator of the content? Dealing with the genuine thing is preferable to dealing with a copycat.

You should message those sites that uses your link and dont link back to your website. Tell them that you are going to sue them for plagiarism.

I think the best option is to disabled right click, this will help your contents protected, and nobody would be able to copy your content, only thing other people can do is, just provide a link back to your site.
If you do google search, you will get javascript code for disabling right click from any webmaster tool's websites.
I am sure if you try this trick nobody would be able to copy your content.
Good Luck

Dont say impossible, in this world nothing is impossible, and in blog, forum or a website, through javascript code you can disable right click. Right, its bad for SEO, but if OP is so concerned about his copyright contents, then there is no problem to try this code for his site.

once again, you are wrong.
For example, i think i know what code you are talking about. You might not be able to copy past directly. But all you have to do, is go to that page, click view in your FF browser, then click page source. Then you copy past the source code (withour js) into a blank .html file and just open it with your browser. Now you can copy.
Trust me, there is NO WAY you can stop someone for taking your content if he wants to. Best way is text in picture and watermark over it lol. But that is 0 points for SEO

Contact the owners of the sites that don't link back to you and request that they either remove the content or link back to you.

Welcome to the web - plagiarism is the name of the game.
That pesky rabbit is not above it... lol
But I do it smart - take content from sites that can't be spidered correctly .... and give a little credit to them (no links of course....lol) - example - http://64.62.146.152/measure-fit-motorcycle-helmet.htm
"we did borrow their helmet fitting instructions and Helmet fitting chart - Thanks. "
