what happens if I share some of amateur webcam movies on my site
what happens if I share some of amateur webcam movies that I downladed for while on my own website, in addition to forums?
they are not captured from another webcam sites , they are just amateur videos that don't belong to anyone.I captured from amateur webcams or somebody else captured but I downloaded them.
I ll put image of the movies and rapidshare links.
is it legal? I ll put +18 warning on page.

The only video's that will get you in big trouble are child porn and beastiality. The +18 warning is something nice to do but there's no law saying you have to do it.
Remember any nude of any person under the age of 18 (that means 17 1/2) will get you time in federal prison. That also means if you take a picture/movie of a nude person who is over 18 and a person under 18 walks in to frame, is concidard child porn.
If your not sure, don't use it. Why take the chance.
Since you claim nobody owns these video's (somebody does they're not claiming it or care) put them up. The only people who can come after you are the people who were video. They can sue for using them without their permission.

That's a big possibility that the owner can see their own videos but I think they will sue you if that video can demoralized them

If you didn't make the content or the maker of the content hasn't given you permission to use it, you're always at risk of being sued (besides, stealing videos or any other content is a little unethical). The chance of the people in the video finding it on your site may be small but if they do and go after you, you'll probably end up losing more than you ever gained by adding the videos.

It is always a good rule of thumb that:
If you are not sure that something you want to post is legal or not, just don't do it instead of taking that chance. Although if you can get a clear answer from a respectable source you may be ok.

Also check your hosting provider and make sure they allow adult content. Most don't. You have to go to an adult hosting provider.

You would need consent from everybody involved in the making of the webcams, especially those on it, or be prepared to get sued.
If there is any nudity involved you may need special documents proving the ages of the participants.

back when i set up a professional Escort up with a website solution, it took a considerable amount of reading on legal readings in regards to adult materials of all natures with web -law, international law, and i could give you the 1 2 3 4 - 10 steps to srarting such a site legally, but you dont strike me as being honest business man since your admiting theft with no moral backbone
my advice and only advice im willing to give to you is this
dont do it, period, if you do get caught you will get up to an Unlimited fine, and risk imprisionment, not to mention the result if it turns out one of your videos is of a girl under a certain age, etc
your naivity will not be accepted by professionals nor by the police

Once I had to do the coding of a site that sells erotic content, some sort of online sex shop.
A couple of advices that I can give you:
-You need a splash screen asking for the age, to prevent kids and teenagers from entering.
-You need a hosting that allows this kind of content, check the terms of the contract before signing it.
-Also if you're planning to accept payments on your website, not every payment gateway will be available for you. I remember my client tried to sign up for authorize.net and later had to resign it because they didn't allow transactions on this kind of e-commerce.

Keep in mind everybody is pretty much telling the law for the U.S.. Law may (and are) different for each country. Best to check the laws in the country you live in first.

why we even continuing this conversation, he takes someones webcam movie, he gets caught without the writes, or the legal documentation to prove of age, and when one of the skinny ass blondes dont have a A cup and looks like a paris hilton wannabe he gets done for piracy, and holding pedophilic porn and not having the right credentials gets charged £150,000 and goes to jail for 10 years, and if he is not registered as a business and or earns so much per year and not pay the tax man he gets an addtional sentence and fine
this is clearly a child or some very young immature teenager, asking this question, trying to get the adults to bend backwards to give him the "guide to starting a porn business"
great idea, lets give him a helping hand, so when he gets police knocking on his door for clearly doing **** he should not be doing, "somthing most adults would know all this info anyhoos" he crys foul, and blames us for his actions
