Want to start a new Website

I want to start my site about Handwriting analysis and Signature analysis of celebrities. I got many samples of handwritings and signatures are easy to achieve. Can i start the site and what are the supposed legal issues i may face. Please help me in my questions.

As erwindegrave has said, this is a difficult subject to advise on unless you have specific experience.

I would imagine that you can not just freely put someones signature, etc. on a website without prior agreement and this may even be the case for just any form of writing.

If nothing else certainly do some very thorough investigation regarding the signatures because this could lead to any sort of fraud if the wrong people get hold of the signatures....

I agree, I don't think you can put celeb signatures freely on the website. Handwriting I think would be fine, though.

website-seo you said that Signatures can be used as fraud work if someone gets their hands on them, but Celebrity signatures are not a big deal to find out. You can easily found them in any Magazines...i m specifically talking Celebrity signatures...not common peoples signatures

I would say that not just being a celeb but taking anyones signature and posting on your site for other people to view is highly illegal.
That would be like taking a cops signature and when he gives your a ticket taking his signature and voiding that ticket off.
