Privacy & Conditions

I am about to launch a web site and I want to put a privacy policy on it saying that your emails and private data are not given out to third party businesses ect and the conditions of membership are that I am not held responsible for lost or stolen information ect ect.

Is there somewhere I can download one of these (for free if possible) or would I have to write it myself?
