OK, this is kind of off topic from the original intent of the 'legal issues' forum I think, but if you can help I'd appreciate it.

I saw guys recording on the slopes this last weekend. Skiiers and snowboarders alike.

Now if they were to take that footage and make a dvd out of it, or even post it on a website and charge you to see it, is that illegal without the expressed written consent of those who were recorded?
