Copyright Enforcement Group support needed!!

Hello,

I am having a number of blogs and new websites, which enjoy over 50k traffic per month. Recently, I noticed that some people have copied hundreds of pages of content from each of my site without giving any credit or backlink to my domains. From Who.is information I came to know that none of them belong to United States, therefore I am wondering how can I sue them for this crime and issue them legal notice. I think, I should hire an specialized web content copyright enforcement group, which has sound experience to deal with overseas thieves. Please suggest!!

Thanks,
George

Filing a DCMA notice with their host is the fastest, cheapest way to take them down.

Suing people who have no assets or that are not located in the same country as you is a complete waste of time.

You have to do a bit more detailed research. Some data centers are in the US even though the hosting company is elsewhere. If the data center or domain registrar is in the US then you can do as Scriptman suggested and serve up a take down notice to the site owner with cc to domain registrar and web hosting.

If the copyrighted material is indexed in Google,
if you file the complaint properly with Google they will remove the blog from Blogger (if some of the content is there) and/or their index.

Thanks for the suggestions. I searched in details, and found both the data centers and hosting company belong to other countries, one from Pakistan and another criminal is from China.
Also, each of the stolen content is indexed by Google, and the I believe the search engine can verify who has posted the content first, so please let me how should I move with appealing Google on the same. Or do you suggest me to take some professional help from a copyright enforcement group? Awaiting your reply.

Thanks again!

With those two rouge nations as the host filing with Google is your best option. Use the links Tutor gave.
