These are common things that happen regular over the internet. I think that we cant do much thing, unless write down - the copywriting rights - that may be useful, in some cases.

It's difficult to enforce content copyright and even more expensive to try and enforce. The trick really is to make sure that your content is specific enough to your business.
On a related note, Google punishes domains for duplicated content, so it shouldn't help their SEO or give them an advantage in any way.

Remember that everything done on the Internet is recorded, which means the HOW, WHEN, and WHY, the time, date, etc... are all recorded so if someone did copy and infringe your copyright you could take it to court, but also you have to remember that copyright, trademarks, etc... have to be registered and usually there is a fee with the copyright police. Just because you write something and post it, or put the content in your website, if it is not registered it could be up for grabs.

Strictly speaking as soon as you create something you own the copyright, so long as you have said so on your site (it would be enough to put it in the footer).
Copyright of the kind that Trysprks is mentioning is mainly for logos & designs, however for content (e.g. editorial content or news articles) the intellectual property is owned by the author of the work, so long as this is clearly defined in your post / site then you are the owner of that work and therefore legally allowed to sue for infringement (how do you think Associated Press/The Times/Bloomberg manage all their news).
The real issue is the cost of taking someone to court and whether it is worth the effort - if the content is worth real money and you think you are losing revenue because it was stolen then you need to quantify how much, assess damages and factor in the costs of the suit.

There's not a lot you can do unless they copy the article exactly. If they modified the text then it will be much harder to enforce. If the article is obviously copied then you can try emailing the person and asking them to take it down or change it more.

Oh this is very common thing now days which happening always with website content. I mean this is still bad because as Google said site will face the losses if you will used copy content and so many bad effect come because of copy content which is Google never allow in any website. but my suggestion for you if you find out this that some buddy or website copy your article or content so you should change that content as soon as possible and try to always check and follow according to Google guide line about copy content.

Yeah I agree. Unlike trademarks and patents, copyright need not be registered (though it is safer to get it registered). Thus as soon as you create something original, its copyright vests in you. Try notifying the webmaster of the site where the copied article is placed...he may delete the copied article since submitting copied content is against the policies of most article submission sites. Secondly you may send a warning notice to the person copying your article.
