Need Some Assistance !

Hello,

I have a question for those who know lit bit about the poker industry. Recently i have heard that USA players are restricted to play on the online boards like poker starts - full tilt , etc...as a USA decision ( which i think will be for a short period ).

What i want to ask is, there is someone who has bought a licence poker and can tel me if its safe/not safe..etc..

I would like to invest, and at this moment i am 50-50%

Online gambling websites are illegal in the United States. It is illegal for anyone on United States soil to gamble on those sites with money. Using fake money, it is legal. Full Tilt Poker got raided and shut down by the FBI last year.

That has been some talk that the federal government make eliminate the ban on illegal gambling and make it legal. But there has been no action on it.

Don't count on any business from the USA.

Yes, i have read articles that managers or persons from very known pokers sites, were doing lots of over night companies, and once the bank was accepting witdraw they were bribe the bank managers to accept the big money comming from poker sites! Which was obvious money laundering !!

I think poker was invented in USA - so its hard to stop the online so fast ! I have read that other sites stoped the work with other countries as well. !

I think this is an encuragement for the live tournaments !!
