Well I'm just too damned trusting.
This bugger has stolen from two other people and they're now writing to me asking for help.
Sorry for the waffling, John, if you would be so kind, please remove netwhip from v7n. He has stolen my entire Google Patent blog and is running adsense against it. It is the content of an ebook.
Still looking for lawyer recommendations, if anyone has 'em

Caroline, do a DMCA complaint. Just fill out the form and fax it to Google, Yahoo and his host.

There is soo much free content on the internet in article directories, why would you risk copying and disrespect authors by copying them...psh

Post your story on your blog, site, etc and let’s start digging. If you take this to court you’re going to spend a lot of money on nothing.

That’s exactly why I use creative commons. I use flickr images on my blogs/site, wikipedia info so I thought to myself, why not give back? Like that I don’t have to worry about people plagiarising my work “not that anyone would want to anyway”.

It's the principle. I'm not running adsense on my blog. He took all my patent articles, said he wrote them (he spent many tedious hours reading the google patent. No wait. That was me.) and then marketed himself as a g-d genius.
If this happens to you: DMCA. It appears to work.
Ya reading this Charles? We're shuttin' ya down.

Hey kids, update on the whack-a-doodle who stole my stuff.
An no I don't mean Ann Coulter.
My wing nut stole my content and ran AdSense against it; from others he stole social bookmarking/search engine ranking instructions and dog training books. He stole bullet items on this Random House page word for word.
He called me twice. Showed great deference and respect. Blamed the Random House copyright theft on his ghost writer. Didn't accept responsibility for anything.
I said, in essence, I don't trust you, Do your own writing, Quit lying.
I sent DCMA's to Pair.com and Google. Pair responded immediately and Google took a couple of weeks. Both promised to remove the violations from their servers.
I sent Google and Pair info on the other issues. Quibble if you want, there's no getting around that Random House theft.
Google said the copyright owners would have to contact them. Pair appears to have taken up the cause of those others whose work was stolen. My patent articles and Random House's dog training material seem to be gone.

Excellent Carloline. So many times I recommend to people to DMCA when their site is copied and they seem to ignore me. This guy operates on the web...you get his host to shut him down and his banning in SERP's and you effectively shut him down.
I commend you on the diligence.

Hey we made some BBB complaints too.
The level of his denial boggles my mind.
