Someone copied my article

Hello there, need an expert advice regarding this one. A website with niche same with mine copied an article from me.

Any way to take down that article?

YOu will need proofs that you posted the content first.
Wayback machine, date on the database etc. Then call the other website to solve this if not positive outcome then you can go for a DMCA complaint with Google.

Issue a Cease and Desist to the site owner with a copy to their domain registrar and their hosting.

Plagiarism Today has a whole series of articles on Stop Internet Plagiarism

Not to worry if you have proofs, and ask them to quote your website. In case they refuse and slack then complaint to Google.

Ask them to post "Source" and then fill a copywite complain to google and see what works faster

I know the website who copied my article is a little bit junk but it is annoying seriously. LOL. Thanks guys.

First things first, you can send a polite email informing the owner of the site and request the stolen content be removed within a certain time frame. If you hear back any replies, then it's time for you to take legal actions.

If google index your content first then you are winner but if you second then you are looser and i don't think you can do anything

And you can do here: If your post index google first then report about that copy post and google will slap that copycat(It may take long time).

No body can paste same content because this practice is spamming as per google algorithm.
