We are going to launch a web portal in end of June. 1 month before we will announce a launch. In announcement site users will have chance to sign in into mailing list and when we launch we will immediately send them notice. If they are among first 50 users they will receive $100 gift by post mail.

Do we need to write any legal terms for that? We are UK company with mainly US market.
