Can webpage & ebook have "Ya-Ya" in the title? Is this an infringement?

When there's a book called Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood....it is infringement of a copyright/trademark to use the word Ya-Ya in a title of a website and ebook, such as the Ya-Ya Mathhood Organization? I fear that "Ya-Ya Mathhood" type of title is too close, even if I'm not using Divine Secrets or Sisterhood. Thanks for any insight.

My guess, based on other things that I've seen, is that you'd be fine. People generally can't lay claim to common sayings and stuff (why Paris Hilton can't copyright 'That's hot') so you should be fine.

I'd look around and see if anything else has Ya-ya in the title. I know there's a song by Cake called Race Car Ya-yas, which saves you.

But most importantly, a ya-ya is a pedestrian that travels by foot. You can't copyright a word like that, so go ahead and do it.
