The following are the terms and conditions governing the Publisher’s relationship with <mywebsite> and the use of the <mywebsite> website (the “website”). Publisher agrees to use the website and any additional services offered by <mywebsite> in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. <mywebsite> has the right to make changes to the website and these Terms and Conditions at any time as we deem necessary. The publisher’s continued use of the website after any modifications and notification thereof (which will be provided by e-mail to the email address you provided in the form for Publisher’s registration with the <mywebsite> website) shall constitute the Publisher’s consent to any such modifications.

1. Approval of Publisher.
Registration with <mywebsite> does not confer any rights on the Publisher to market or promote any Programs (as outlined below) made available by <mywebsite> on the website on behalf of its clients (the “Advertisers”). All prospective publishers need written approval from <mywebsite> before they can become Publishers. In addition, all email Publishers will be required to fill out a questionnaire. Failure to either fill out the questionnaire or to completely and honestly answer the questions in the questionnaire will deem the Publisher ineligible to join or stay in the <mywebsite> network. <mywebsite> reserves the right to refuse approval for any reason, whatsoever, at any time. Publisher shall quickly notify <mywebsite> in the event of a change in its business practices or strategy. Approval of a Publisher can be taken back by <mywebsite>, at any time.
Can any Guru here tell me, whether i will get sue if i posted up this on my website? Coz from what you see above, it's just the first two paragraphs. It's all together bout 10~15 more will be the same "mimic" style.

Questions
- will i get sue?
- should i use the word "mimic"/"clone" at first? i thought he is going to "mimic" the business model, and not the sentense

Thanks

Well, I would change the style. Otherwise, they look the same to me and honestly, if I was the other site, I would sue you.
