Failure to either fill out the questionnaire or to completely and honestly answer the questions in the questionnaire will deem the Publisher ineligible to join or stay in the <mywebsite> network. <mywebsite> reserves the right to refuse approval for any reason, whatsoever, at any time. Publisher shall quickly notify <mywebsite> in the event of a change in its business practices or strategy. Approval of a Publisher can be taken back by <mywebsite>, at any time.

Can any Guru here tell me, whether i will get sue if i posted up this on my website? Coz from what you see above, it's just the first two paragraphs. It's all together bout 10~15 more will be the same "mimic" style.
Questions
- will i get sue?
- should i use the word "mimic"/"clone" at first? i thought he is going to "mimic" the business model, and not the sentense
