This Member Copied my whole site

Hello V7n Members,
Well, this guy MIHAI is really crap, just a bullsh*t guy ..

I listed a site on this forum that is making $1200/Mo.. so he just copied my whole website and drugs that i am selling .. what a freakin dumb son of *&**

well, Mihai guy, go get a life .. if you cant stand on your own legs, you better die .. dont atleast copy from other's work.. A LOSER

It sounds like you have a bit of competition, but if you are making $1200 dollars a month, what have you to worry about from some low life theif? Is he causing your $1200 to go down?

Comparing the two sites I wouldn't worry too much. His site is barely functional, most of his links are dead, I doubt anybody in their right mind would buy anything from that site.

I believe that the two sites are significantly different in appearance. The only similarity I can see at first glance is that you both claim to sell the same drug. Surely there are many others selling the same drug?

I'm not sure what your complaint is. Can you elaborate and clarify your assertion.

Well if i copy your site and make a clone of it than you'll know how it feels.

do you mean to say, that there are 10000's of myspace clone in market, and everyone copied it from orginial myspace, so the myspace owner is not frustrated about it..

yeah this is the reason i m so frustrated, he added me on Yahoo and showed me interest in buying my site. he took all info and stuff and then he started his own website..

That is where people tend to share too much...Never reveal your resources...That can always hurt you. Other site is horrible, so I wouldnt worry about it hurting yours.

yup once he tried to contact me.. and told me he didnt intend to copy the site. he is just trying to see how this drug is working for him as he never tried affiliate marketing.

I am not sure what your complaint is. According to the other thread that you posted in your first post, you have sold the sites 13 days before you posted this thread. Not only that but his site looks nothing like yours and the content is different. Only thing that seem the same are the drugs that both of you are selling. I am sure there are more sites that sell the same drugs.

If he really did copied the look and feel of your site. You could do several actions on this. Have you tried sending the hosting company used by that copycat an email? This might help as some hosting companies can suspend this guys account for using contents from other sites without permission.

But if what bratwebdesign posted is true, I don't think you have the right to make any action at all. This should be done by the new owner of the site. Best that you inform him and let him deal with it.
