How i can trap someone by his ip address who has been tried to hack my hosting account

are you saying, someone tried to hack your PC and you want to
1. hack their PC
2. Report them
3. Kill them

few days ago someone tried to spam my website and he/she has been sucesseded. i just want to report them and may be kill him/her.

You could check your logs for their IP address (If you dont have it) then report it to their ISP / Host.

If you dont know who it is go to www.domaintools.com

most ISP's / Hosts will halt accounts that spam people, but not all.

Also may be a spoffed IP address so you wont know who really did it.

What do you mean? You want to trace them down? On where are they? Even though you trace them down, once they notice that you are countering them, it so easy for them to counter you. All i can say is prevent them / stop them from hacking your account.
