i sent 900$ to some 1 via paypal he clicked refund but hasnt got the cash... so i rang him and a woman picked the phone up... HIS mam lol what the hell you need to be 18 for paypal what should i do?

Contact Paypal and explain your story. Also, what was the refund for? Digital goods/Service or something else?

that her son wasnt in... becuase he was at school and yea Digital goods/Service.. but he shouldnt have a paypal at the age of 15 any way. i want my money lol i would let im off if it like 60 maybe even 100 but the kid just got like a year pocket money from me lol.

It's a big amount of money to send through paypal. Maybe you should use the bank or other services..

it is easy to fake your age most especially when signing up online.. so really be carefull and as much as possible meet up then gve the money.. in paypal's case.. as much as possible chat with them..or have a vchat with them make sure ur buying is correct..and u are paying to the right person..

meh i have sent $600 a few times over paypal and never had any probs till now... i mean i transfer a few $$$ a month and i always have around 1000$ in my paypal account you would think my acount is worth more then a pre made email that they send me after i tell them i have been scammed... ive sent over 4500 transaction on paypal and they still give me pre made emails! Dont worry guys his fake VCC account will be limited from paypal use and will take him all off 5 mins to make a new one!

i did, lol and the email i got back was just TOS... it was telling me if I was under age i need to tell them so i just left it at that, the tech support suck at English so i dont even bother now.

Was the 15-year old's PayPal account verified? If so, than he really worked hard to get it lol. Verifying the sums in your bank account (when your 15, I would assume your parent has to set one up for you).

get help from Paypal, and don't forget to give evidence e.g screen shot,email,conversation or anything that can help you to get back the money

Just explain the situation to his mom by the phone. I guess she will not want to have trouble for her son and give your money back.

I would go all out and try get my money back, the fact that this was a 15 year old don't cut with me as I am 15.
Teach the scammer a lesson for life!
And if pay pal staff can't speak english well enough then perhaps you should speak to the manager or something.

I think Paypal always require you to be 18 years old to sign up for a account.
