Thumbs down Clixgalore.com Cheated me! What to do now?

Hello All,

Last year I joined with clixgalore.com, a fraud affiliate network based in Australia. I promoted their offers and earned about $325 within few days, even I invested about 40% of the earned amount in advertising.

Their minimum payout is $50, and they pay monthly through Paypal. I am still not paid from them! I am following up for the payments for last 4 months, no response at all!

I have written at least 30 mails, I have not got a single reply! My account is still active, but they are not paying!

I have discussed with many webmasters, many of them told me the same story! They have cheated thosands of affiliates so far. As they are based in Australia, it is very difficult to bring them under the scanner of the laws.

Can anybody suggest me how do I get my hard earned money from these nasty cheaters?

Depends on how you view $325. I would have opened up a dispute with Paypal, but it may be too late. I would still try to open a dispute.

Now on the other hand, you say you have been trying to resolve this issue for four months. I am not sure how much time you have spent but I would have moved on and made ten times as much as $325 owed.

The choice is yours, I do not want to sound harsh but you can keep beating a dead horse, hoping is will rise. Or you can chalk it up as a lesson learned.

When we decide to promote on the internet and or do business, we do take some risk. Some are foreseen, some not. Risk must always be weighed against cost and profit.
If you only lost $325, think of it this way. You could have lost a whole lot more.

My Name is David Bowie and I approve this message.

I am not sure why you're suggesting him to open a paypal dispute, it's not like he paid them that money for a service or product which he did not received. They owe him $325 which he earned by promoting affiliate offers available through their network.

Take a look at this link : http://www.consumersonline.gov.au/content/ACH/ and see if you can find any organisation which will take up your complaint. If not then move on, but in the future never use a advertising or affiliate network without checking references first.
