Web Developer - PHP

The details you need: the candidate will take a test project following the instructions. From the participating candidates, one will be chosen. After this the salary will be negotiated with him (about 1000 euro/month). After 5 months of work the salary will be renegotiated. The job is remote so the candidates can work from home, from all over the world.

I gave these information only by e-mail but know i publish them to not lose any more time. So those that can do this and are interested in the job ad, finish the test project and send it.

The test
You must build a website structure, following the advices. The scoring criterias are:
-global work maximum 70 points
-clean code maximum 10 points
-error handle maximum 10 points
-originality beside instructions maximum 10 points

Given instructions:
*on the first page: every user can register an account or login (in the upper of the page). if the user clicks register it will appear a form with e-mail address(only valid), username(more than 4 characters), password(more than 5 characters), re-type password and an anti-bot feature chosen by you (like a captcha). the users will be registered in a database(the table and the fields will have suggestive names). every registered user can send messages to the others that can be find in their profiles. in other words, i want a messaging system between users.
*also on the upper of the first page there will be 3 categories named 'a', 'b' and 'c'. the first page will start with the category a that will have stories posted by users with their title and in their left the date they were posted. if you click them, they will open in a new pop-up window where there will be: the story and the posts of the other users. if a user is registered and logged in, he can post a comment to the story. for the registered users it will also be a button named 'fails' and next to it the number of fails given by users. a user can give only a fail at one story. on the left of the first page will be 4 subcategories: '1', '2', '3' and '4'. the user can switch between them to see posts from every subcategory.
*on the category 'b' registered users can add stories in the subcategories from 'a'. it will be a form with the text of the story and the subcategory where to be added (1 or 2 or 3 or 4). after the submit button will be pressed, the post will be added on the chosen subcategory.
*on the category 'c' users can add/submit directly stories on this page. for everyone post i want a rating system so the registered users can give grades: from 1 to 10.
*and the last thing: each story and each post can be deleted only from the account 'admin' with the password 'admin'.

It is a medium application. We already have a stucture like this, that we`ve used on some websites. It should`n be too hard for you and the other candidates so be original and respect the instructions. If you succed with this test you will sure get many opportunities in the near or distant future. If you didn`t understand something or you`ll need more advice, send an e-mail and somebody from our company will respond.
When you finish this test project send it at this address and it will be evaluated within maximum 4 workdays. We wish you: Good luck!

Have a good day,
