I am seeking a scripting professional to assist about 20+ hours per month on a long term basis for numerous websites and forums.

PAY
US$15/hr to start
UP TO $20/hr after several months of consistently excellent performance
NOTES:
1. I do not pay for education or training! What this means, is that some webmasters are of the opinion that if they spend 1 hour
learning how to do a specific task and one hour
actually doing the task, that equates to two hours of paid service. For avoidance of doubt and absent any extenuating circumstances,
I only pay for work performed and not any time it may take you to learn how to do it.
2. I reside outside the US so payments are made via drafts sent by mail and it usually takes about 10 days to reach the US. I would like to pay upon completion of a few initial tasks to establish a mutually rewarding work association and trust, thereafter making payments at agreed intervals commensurate to level of task completions or roughly half way between every 40-50 hours.
