I am looking for an administrator to help me out on my admin forum:

We're still quite small but we've recently hit 20,000 posts and I have a lot of things in the works for the place and it's getting a bit hectic along with my other commitments.
Some Key Duties:
Posting Daily(This includes new threads when you can).
Helping out with the day to day moderator duties such(Keeping the forum clean of spam, etc).
Handling user related issues(Bans, account trouble, reports, etc)
Publishing articles on the blog(This one is not set in stone and you will not be required to do the content writing, unless you want too).
Help sort through our manual approve directory(This will not start for around a month)
And a few other of the normal admin type duties that will occur on any forum.
You
will not need to handle anything file/hosting related such software upgrades, fixing errors, updating plugins, etc.
On a final note before the application I would like to say this is a rather serious position and I will need someone I can seriously depend on for the foreseeable future. If you're unable to dedicate yourself please think that over again before applying.
