a web developer.

you have to know wordpress...how to install wp through host and develop out a complete wordpress site when i give you a project.

i am not looking for company's so please do not flood my inbox.

i need TWO trust worthy people who are willing to do some fast work.

every project is bidded differently and i pay different amounts for every job.

i pay you once the site is complete and when i get paid from my client which is quick.

i am very backed up with my work.

remember, i work with my rates. if you do not like my rates, then we can go our separate ways but i am very fair with paying out my developers/designers etc.

if i give you work, the work back has to be exceptional. do not send me back 80% of the work. i will not pay and you will be reported in developer forums.

i do not pay 50% up front. why? because i have been burned one too many times.

i have been in the web industry for 13+ years now and i have hired more people than i would've liked to and from my experience, i have not been given the best hand shake and i still paid 100% full. but i am not going to do this anymore.

i have 1 developer in india that has been with me for many years now and i trust him and he trusts me. we have a great relationship and we talk every day and night on skype. we're both committed to each other and our work. he is still with me but i need extra help.

i am getting more projects than i can hold right now.

if you are SERIOUS about working and can do these jobs quick...then we might have a match.

most of my jobs are something like this...

i have a client, they pick a wordpress theme, i give you all the details to go in there and make their site look like the demo. not completely because they sometimes don't provide me with all the content and or images so i will ask you to improvise and make the site look full until the client can provide us the appropriate content and images.
