Social bookmarking is one of the ways to get traffic
to your websites. I use :
Delicious.com
Stumbleupon.com
Propeller.com
Blinklist.com
These sites get me a lot of traffic i hope it helps you out

Um... CPC (Cost per Click) is a metric used in PPC (Pay per Click). They're not different strategies.

In a PPC campaign, you set your maximum CPC for each keyword phrase according to your budget.
