Does anyone know of any good sites which provide ads which are geographically targeted?

I would start by doing some Google searches for directories specific to your state and city. A lot of directories also have a regional category, but you probably wouldn't get any traffic from those directories.

i'd look to local news/media outlets like newspaper, tv, radio, etc websites and blogs... also try to find local online directories.
