Which one is a better option?

Hi,
I would like your expert opinion about this, Is it better to add the shipping charge to the product and offer shipping FREE or is it better to charge it individually.
I know there are some advantages and disadvantages, I would like your opinion and comment and help me decide which one is better
Thanks in advance
Nish

I know we are charging transportation costs for people who order less then xxx euros if above they aint charged for the transportation costs. We got this information named on all of our order forms so they know about it before they order a product..

i think if you say shipping is free you offer a subconcious thought to the customer that only serves to better your total product offering. it gives th eimpression that you do care and that ytou are willing to waive delivery charges for your customers...which means you care about your customers. I would go with high charge/free shipping.
