I am looking for a good opt-in emailing service
I cannot find any that are not outrageously priced
Does anyone know of any good ones?

Whats an 'opt-in service'?

When I define an opt-in mailing its a person who visits YOUR site and requests to recive YOUR mailing. Are you basicly looking for a script where folks can visit your site and enter their e-mail address and it sends them a conformation e-mail with a link to verfy that they truly indeed ment to sign up for your mailing?
