Suggestion on best way to spend my marketing budget

hi all,

I have a budget to run an on-line campaign for a new property development - I want to get ideas on where to spend it

I am currently using Google PPC, a Facebook campaign, and a property portal. Potentially this will give me $2K a month left over to try something different.

I need to target wealthy private investors in the US, canada, South Africa and Russia.

It is a nice problem to have but I want to do something different, that can drive quality leads - any ideas? Any affiliate schemes for example that specialise in property?

Buy yourself a good quality camera, start a youtube channel, and start making videos.

Make your videos to the quality of the people you are targeting. Meaning, dress nice, speak in a professional manner, and give a run through of the houses you are having built. As the house is being built, you could post updates, interviews with the designer, thoughts on the design of the property,,,,,,,,

Who is that guy on TV, Bob Villa? He does those home improvement shows. Do something like that.

In your place I will make a research to see where your potential customers are. For example, in Romania, a lot of young people between 14-35 years old use Yahoo Messenger and hi5.com. So if I would like to target them, I will do a campaign on YMessenger and hi5.
What is your target group? Where you can find them? After that, decide where you advertise.

The video idea is great, and what about writing articles too. Also text link ads on relevant websites.

good affiliate program help attract more sales.

I totally agree with the YouTube idea. The amount of exposure you can get is unbelievable. As suggested, make your videos as high quality as possible, but also just be yourself. The genuine you will come through to your prospective clients. Peace.

Well, if you have $2,000 for a budget, I would first start by asking you a couple question.

What is your current page rank?
What is your current SERP result for google?

These are important questions, because it depends on what ranking you show on the search engines, because if you can afford to get these rankings up high it will bring alot of traffic to your site and help you to convert more sales.

Answer these questions and i will take a look over it and give you some more recommendations.

please don't spent this amount of money in such bed marketing campaign i am sure you will get nothing with this just lost your money.

but go with your targeted audience with SEO and get your targeted traffic with that.

Try blogging as well as article marketing for marketing and so on google. But remember invest for marketing purpose in a steady way, little by little.

the best way to advertise your business or product, is to list it on a free classifieds website. I usually post my products, ads or w/e on these free service providers: Craigslist.com, http://www.ansak.com, www.oodle.com. And trust me they do bring in the traffic or the customers.

Try them you got nothing to lose all free.

I think you have get one right place to ads your site with Adwords ppc. They are enough if you do with right strategy and you will get targeted traffic without another way.

I always like the graphic based promotions and for anything worth, I think it catches most of the eyes. So make sure you got all the right equipment.
